Download our non-disclosure agreement. We have a simple single page non-disclosure agreement (NDA, Confidentiality agreement,etc). Visitors must provide us with a signed copy of our NDA before any initial visit to our office. In addition, before we will discuss any of our confidential products currently being developed, we must be provided with a signed copy of our NDA. The individual who signs on behalf of a company must be in a position of responsibility, such as a Director. In the case of a Partnership, all partners must sign.

Download our standard contract of employment. We have an easy to read 4 page contract of employment. We are possibly willing to modify the contract if prospective employees don't like a particular term or condition. Unlike most other computer companies, we have a wage based contract of employment (rather than a salary based arrangement).
